Three properties of zirconia beads
1. Mechanical properties

2. Physical characteristics
Zirconia beads impact resistance, low wear. Due to the high content of ZrO2 in zirconia beads, it has high density, high toughness, low abrasion, no broken balls, peeling and other physical advantages, and has little pollution to the dispersion of abrasive materials. The abrasion of zirconia beads can be many times lower than that of ordinary ceramic microbeads. At the same time, the more complex the structure of zirconia beads, the lower the thermal conductivity, the better the thermal insulation performance.
3. Chemical characteristics
The organizational structure of zirconia beads is very stable, and it is usually impossible to interact with the oxidation in the medium. Not only will it not be oxidized at room temperature, but it will not be oxidized even under high temperature conditions. Zirconia beads have strong resistance to corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and molten non-ferrous metals. Zirconia beads in addition to hydrofluoric acid and molten sodium hydroxide, almost all resistance to inorganic acid and most of the alkali solution corrosion. In short, the chemical stability of zirconia beads is very good.
