Application of zirconia beads in the production of suspension system
There are many problems in the production of suspension system, such as uneven dispersion, fast sedimentation and poor suspension. In addition to the influence of additives such as dispersant, particle fineness and particle size distribution are the main factors affecting the physical stability of suspension system, and also the key problems in the study of suspension system, and the main means to solve the problem of fineness is to improve the grinding efficiency of the grinding process.
In the preparation process of water suspension system, vertical sand mill and horizontal sand mill are the key equipment commonly used at present, and the grinding process has a great influence on the storage physical stability of the product. In order to study the effects of these two types of sand mills and grinding time on the grinding efficiency and storage physical stability of the suspension system, a biological company in Guangdong conducted a series of experiments. The results showed that by extending the grinding time, the average particle size and particle size distribution of particles in the suspension system can be reduced (the percentage of particle size <3μm), and the viscosity of the suspension system can be increased, thereby improving the physical stability of the suspension system. Under the same conditions, the grinding efficiency of the horizontal sand mill is higher than that of the vertical sand mill.
Suspended seed coating, as one of the currently used species, plays a role in insecticidal and plant nutrition in crops, but there are some phenomena in the production of suspended seed coating, such as uneven dispersion and rapid sedimentation, in which particle fineness and particle size distribution are the main factors affecting the physical stability of the suspension system, and are also the key issues in the study of suspended seed coating.
